Supervision
Consultation Services
1:1 and small group consultation is an exciting way to collaborate with another therapist to enhance our therapeutic practices and support one another. Our time together will be an excellent opportunity to share insights, tackle professional challenges, and build meaningful connections within our community. A few ways I can support you:
Thinking about starting a private practice? You do not have to figure it out alone
Navigating OHP and the various CCO’s (Coordinated Care Organizations)
Breaking destructive beliefs about money that impact your business and increase financial stress
Therapist to therapist support. Sometimes we need to talk to someone who understands.
Supervision
Supporting Your Growth. Honoring Your Purpose. Centering Representation.
Supervision is one of the most meaningful (and honestly, fun!) parts of my work. I remember what it felt like to be in those early stages — starting a private practice, working a second job, learning to run a business, being a mom, feeling nervous and excited sitting across from clients, navigating imposter syndrome and being in a pandemic. Even as I write it out, I can’t help but think, WOW, that is a lot and still not all of it. This time cannot easily be summed up into a word, but you don’t have to go at it alone. You should not go about it alone.
I offer supervision because I genuinely care about helping emerging therapists grow into their full clinical voice — with skill, curiosity, cultural integrity, and heart. This work can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be joyless. We can laugh, reflect, unpack the tough stuff, celebrate your wins along the way and ensure your work reflects who you are, matches your values and feels more fulfilling then taxing.
As a Black presenting (bi-racial) therapist and clinical supervisor, I know how much representation matters. It’s powerful to be supported by someone who gets it — who understands the intersections of identity, systemic stress, and the emotional weight that can come with being one of the few (or only) BIPOC clinicians in the room.
I hold space with intention: for your brilliance and your uncertainty, your questions and your boundaries, your clinical growth and your cultural wisdom. I aim to create a supervision space where you're not only learning and stretching — but also being affirmed, seen, and encouraged to lead with authenticity.
This isn’t just about checking boxes or talking diagnoses (though we’ll do that too). It’s about helping you step fully into your role as a grounded, embodied, reflective therapist — with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
